The 27,000-liter pool has a waterfall, a wading pool, and a Jacuzzi for 8 people, chairs for sunbathing, a gas fire pit and a beautiful rancho with a table to hang out in addition to two ½ bathrooms with dressing rooms and a sitting area. Pool towels provided.
Paths throughout the property to explore and access to quiet secluded spots all surrounded by native Costa Rican forest trees and fruit trees such as jocotes, water apple, suckling pig, mango, oranges and lemons among others.
The front garden has tables and chess boards under the shelter of two imposing Guanacaste trees, a Costa Rican national symbol.

7 bedrooms tota. The three on the first floor each have a King Size bed, walk in closet, air conditioning, cable and WiFi internet, Smart TV`s, satellite television, electric blinds, full bathrooms and access to a private garden. The first floor Master Bedroom features a double whirlpool tub.
On the second floor there are 4 rooms of which 2 of them have two queen beds each, 1 single Queen bedroom and 1 King master bedroom, all of them have a closet, air conditioning, cable internet and WiFi, Smart TV`s, television satellite, private bathrooms, and the second floor Master Bedroom has its own cinema type projector and amplified ceiling audio system.
The common areas of the main house include a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, pantry, dining room and tables on the terrace, 2 half bathrooms, 2 movie theaters, one on each floor, WiFi,
